Warranty & Returns
BikeSmart products include a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer’s defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is available only to the original owner and valid proof of purchase is required. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, it does not cover damage due to accident, abuse or lack of maintenance, and it does not cover incidental or consequential damage.

BikeSmart, Inc. will gladly accept returns within 30 days of original purchase date.
- Items must be in new condition, with all original packaging, and with all manuals and accessories included.
- Bicycles may be returned for store credit only or exchanged.
- No returns on “Special Order” items.
- All refunds require original receipt. For returns without an original receipt, we may, at our discretion, issue store credit.
- Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as originally used.
